Opens the SmartRaise settings window which is used to raise an element(s) to the top, or above another element(s). Elements can be selected as individual elements, as fence contents, or as a set of like elements. Element sets are compiled by specifying the attribute(s) to use and selecting an element. Elements sharing the specified attributes with the selected element become part of the set.
